A custom-made solution for a customer working in the food industry sector (Feb. 2018)
MÉCANUMÉRIC designs and manufactures solutions dedicated to the food industry actors with its MDA range. Thanks to its R&D department and its production plant, the company is able to respond to very specific needs : for example with the design of a complete production line including waterjet cutting technology for one of its customer.
The solution, which should be delivered within the next weeks, is composed of conveyors, one robotic arm and 20 waterjet cutting heads.
Water-jet cutting is perfectly adapted to the food industry : no contact with the product, which drastically reduces the bacteriological risks. It is also a very polyvalent and flexible technology : fresh fruit or vegetable, frozen fish, pastry portions, cutting of canapés…

The company's waterjet cutting machine range is now available with IGEMS software. For a similar price (compared to CAD/CAM software used until now), IGEMS can model and cut pieces with water jet (3 or 5 axes) in a much simpler way.
The first MECAJET II in construction (dec. 2017)
Presented last October for the first time during the SIANE exhibition, the new MECANUMERIC water jet cutting machine with very high pressure, called MECAJET II, has already won over two companies which just purchased this equipment.
